[horde] Installing Horde - PEAR Problems

It is still required if you are running Kronolith 1.0, which is still the
latest full release of Kronolith. Kronolith 1.1 is in release candidate
stage and should be officially released in a week or so. It's not
perfect, but what the heck. :)
