[horde] Chinese problem about nls.php

Hi all:
In Horde cvs head,these two lines

$nls['languages']['zh_CN'] = 'Chinese (Simplified) (繁體中&#x6
587;)';
$nls['languages']['zh_TW'] = 'Chinese (Traditional) (简体中&#x
6587;)';

should be switched as

$nls['languages']['zh_CN'] = 'Chinese (Simplified) (简体中&#x
6587;)';
$nls['languages']['zh_TW'] = 'Chinese (Traditional)(繁體中&#x6
587;)';
