[horde] Patch for Links sql driver on postgres

Noticed the Links stuff in CVS version and started to try an play with
it, however it was causing a DB error because the sql driver wasn't
inserting the link_id - see the attached diff

This stuff is potentially a really powerful feature - keep up the great
work!
