[horde] Theme Lavender

By the way, I forgot to mention that html-lavender.php should also goto the
"imp/config/themes" directory to override the default color for the
imp-specific 'unseen-hi', 'answered', 'answered-hi' and 'text-hi' when
"Lavender" theme is chosen.
