[horde] Is there any problem useing customize html.php file for updating horde??

There is no problem.  CVS updates will only update the html.php.dist file,
and not your html.php file.  You should check for changes to html.php.dist
and if any then merge them by hand into your version.  Fortunately it
doesn't change often.
