[horde] Double "Horde" text link on bottom bar

Hello,

I just upgraded to Horde 2.2 on Red Hat 9.  The bottom link bar shows the
Horde text link twice with no graphic.

I have looked everywhere  . . .  :)  Almost

If someone havs a thought on this, I would appreciate hearing it.

Horde 2.1 displayed perfectly.
