[horde] The infamous empty /tmp/horde.log

Hi All

I too am having the empty /tmp/horde.log error. I just upgraded from IMP 
3.0  and Horde 2.1 (i think) to 3.2.1 and 2.2.3 respectively (manually 
diffed the config files).

I have seen a message from another Horde user (Bill?) who had the same 
problem and fixed it by patching a Horde/lib/ file but he didn't say where 
this patch is located.

I have searched the archives and it appears to be a problem with the PEAR 
LOG module?
