[horde] problem with attachments ,log file and segfaults

512KB is usally an apache 2.x, in particular a RedHat 8/9 thing.  Check
for /etc/httpd/conf.d/php.ini and see if it says

    LimitRequestBody 536870912

If so, that is your problem (limit request body set to 512 KB).
