[horde] New horde_category_attributes

I apparently missed something...

I finally updated my CVS HEAD install (I was waiting for the new permissions
stuff to settle). I created the new table (horde_category_attributes), then ran
the migrate_categories.php script from the command line, getting no errors.

However, when I look in the horde_category_attributes table, it's empty. When I
go to kronolith (in which I have three calendars), I only see one event (I used
to have a recurring, once-a-week event, but I can't remember if I had it on my
calendar or the shared calendar) and no categories, and the drop-down list
(from which to select calendars to view) is gone.

Similarly, when I go to nag, there is a task that I had previously entered, but
I can't edit it (message says I don't have permissions).

When I look in the horde_categories table, it looks like everything is there as
it was, but the new horde_category_attributes table is empty. It seems I've
missed a step in the migration?
