[horde] Can horde be used by 100,000 users?

Granted, we aren't exactly running on state of the art hardware:

Dual PII 400Mhz
512 MB RAM

We're running on Debian Linux, and yes, without Zend we were starting to 
see unacceptable load times for many pages.
