[horde] windows XP issues

I am running horde (from cvs about a month ago)  However, I have a serious 
problem, Windows XP cannot connect to the server.  I set up a virtual host 
on the same server to assure myself that it is not an apache issue (I am 
running horde on redhat 9, with redhat's apache package).  Windows XP 
clients can connect to the virtual host just fine however, when attempting 
to connect to Horde, the browser downloads a little html (ie the title of 
the browser updates) however,  the rest of the page never loads.  I think 
this is a windows XP issue (not and IE issue) because using pheonix, opera, 
and IE the situation is the same.
Any help appreciated.
