[horde] Theme CSS problem using Mozilla

Regarding HEAD:

I have a small problem when using p.e. the cornflower theme with Mozilla.

I tested this with Mozilla-1.2b until latest 1.4.

It seems Mozilla can't handle this entry in the themefile:

$css['select,option']['padding'] = '0px';

Removing this line from the themefile solves this problem.
