[horde] sidebar does not show up after login

hello folks,

after upgrading my horde application from cvs HEAD the menu bar at the left side
does not show up when i login. this is pretty bad and i was not able to fix
this problem. do i have to configure it somewhere in the latest version of head
or am i just a little stupid?
