I am going to be a block head now for a moment Chuck or anyone else who
could point me in the direction of setting these two features up.  Where do
I find these setting?  I have burned the midnight night oil the last few
days configuring Horde/IMP yet I have not send these settings.  IS it my
eyes ;-)

Sure. We have one that works with IE's designmode now. Patch?
