[horde] setup rakim conf.php

Hi,

I'm trying to setup rakim and am having trouble generating the conf.php file.

Basically I need to login as a horde administrator so I have added the line;

$conf['auth']['params']['admins'] = array('myadmin'); 

to the horde.php conf file, and can login as that user, but I am not getting
the administrator login options. Is there anything else that I am missing?
