[horde] Stupid logging question

I will definitely try this, because syslog is where I ultimately want the
Horde logs to go. In this installation, we're doing centralized syslog
management. I just hadn't gotten around to configuring it yet.

I've got the Log module that comes with PEAR as distributed with PHP 4.3.2. Is
that not the right one?
