Done. Brian, if you need a CVS account to do work directly (instead of
submitting tarballs/patches), send mail to core at horde.org and we'll take care
of it. Also, make sure you're on the CVS mailing list, and you should ideally
be on the dev list (dev at lists.horde.org) too.
