[horde] horde security document missing

Hi,

I believe that the horde distribution comes with a security document (eg 
http://odbc.postgresql.org/docs/SECURITY) but I cannot find it in my 
horde-2.2.3.tar.gz

Anybody know where I can continue to get the latest version of this 
document ?
