[horde] Last Login not changing

I figured that, since you committed a change recently that said it fixed
last login (which is actually why I noticed that mine wasn't working).

This wasn't so much a bug report as a request for help debugging, since
var_dump and print statements don't give me any output. Should it have
gone to the dev list instead?
