[horde] Horde theme submission

I was wondering whether I could submit a custom color theme I wrote for
Horde (and IMP) to http://horde.org/themes ? I could only find that page
through google, not through the navigation @ horde.org, so I'm not sure
whether the themes page is supposed to be in existence. I also found no
documentation for themes in general anywhere.

I thought all the current themes were quite garish, so I made a bit more
subtle, blue one, called serene blue.

Anyway, if anyone wishes to use it, it's yours to take, for now, at
http://milk.ton.tut.fi/sereneblue-theme.zip

(I thought taking the screenshot as jpeg was plain stupid so I switched
to PNG.)
