[horde] Blank test.php page

I just installed horde on a debian 3.0 server and when I try to view the
test page it comes up blank.  However the test page for imp is not
blank.
Both are CVS HEAD versions.

passes successfully.
 
I am really new to this, and not exactly sure where the horde logs or
php logs are.  Any help would accepted with arms wide open.
