[horde] Logging IP / Date of user

Hey guys,

I have a user who apparently is using someone elses identity.  :(

I run vpopmail, and courier imap 1.7.0.  Is there a quick way I can create an
ongoing text log for a particular user, containing a human readable date/time
and IP address?

Also.. Since this user is using IMP, can I add a BCC to just that user's emails?
