There is no file DB.php in horde 2.2.3 distribution.
Multiple references to non existing file.
I think end users should not seek for such a things, they however report 
numerous errors with DB handling . Configuration also lacks of whole set of 
settings related with database setup !
$conf['auth']['params'][...]
$conf['auth']['params'][...]
$conf['auth']['params'][...]
...

Bad.

Seems to be nobody wants to work in summer :-)))
