[horde] Problem with sending big attachments

Hello,

I have problem with sendinf big attachments.
I can attached big attachemnt, there is no problems.
I have to wait some time when the attachmen will be attached.
So then I press send message.
And again I am waiting long time to send it.
And I do not know why. If attachment is smaller it take less time to send it.
What can be possibly wrong with configuration.

I set up php to upload file up to 10MB
