[horde] VFS files mystery

Sorry Jan, I just did not where to post.  It won't happen again.
I managed to narrow it down to the fowards app.  Everytime I open the 
forwards app it creates two of these files, even if I do not change the 
forward.
Any idea why this is, and why it is not using the defined vfs backend?
