1. Get rid of the accidental install of MySQL 4.1 <ALPHA>
2. Download binaries and not packages MySQL 4.0.14
3. Recompile PHP

Alllllll Goooooooood.

Right now, my users are happy, and I'm VERY happy.  Thanks!
