[horde] Can't login to horde as an administrator!

Does anyone know how to do this or have gotten this to work??? I am
using the 'auto' login as horder_user and have set that user as an admin
yet none of the admin options are available upon login, see for yourself
(http://droplab.com/horde). Help please...

OS: WinXP Pro
