[horde] Login successful, no mail..

Hi,

just setup a new Horde install on Solaris.
Everything is compiled correctly with all of the proper flags.
Imp is set to handle the logins..

When i run the /horde/test.php script and do the Mail test, it works 
fine and shows the proper amount of messages.

When i go to the actual horde login page, and login as the same user, i 
go to a blank screen with no email.
i am logged in, and can change preferences, but there is no mail.

The horde logs are showing a correct login.
I'm not sure what the problem is...
anyone have an idea?
