[horde] Still problems with UTF-8

Regarding HEAD:

I'm still having problems with direct viewing (not in a separate window) of
messages with other than native charsets, as UTF-8. I found out that this
worked fine with NLS.php revision 1.49. With revision 1.50 it doesn't work
right anymore.
I tested this with Moz-1.4 and IE-6. Both browsers show the same behaviour.
