[horde] Pear Log install on redhat 9.

Hello,

I am doing a new install with redhat 9 with CVS/head version of Horde.  
When I try to do a 'pear install Log'  it tells me that the DB package 
is not installed but the test.php page says it is.  Is there a way 
around this?
