[horde] login problem

Problem: When trying to bring up webmail using 
http://webmail.domain_name I get a blank page instead of a login page. If I view source of the blank page here is basically what I see (meta info stripped out).

test.php is working, but the path appears to be abnormal. In order to see the test.php I must enter
http://webmail.domain_name/horde/test.php

I think I should only enter http://domain_name/horde/test.php to run the test, but I get a 404 error if I don't precede the <domain_name> with "webmail."

Horde is installed in the following directory.
/home/httpd/vhosts/webmail/horde/

Also, I am using Plesk 5.0.

DNS "A" record has webmail.domain_name pointing to IP

Any help would be appreciated. I have been pulling out my hair over this for several hours and seem to be getting nowhere.
