[horde] colors and highlighting for unread messages

Hi for some reason the color options (for unread messages, deleted..etc)
for my horde/imp install do not work.  horde 2.1 imp 3.1 .  I have
edited the imp/config/html.php to try and change the colors but they
still do not change.  I have 2 installs of this same version on 2
different boxes 1 works one does not.  Am I missing some librarys or
somthing?
