[horde] pear trouble during installation of Horde on OpenBSD 3.3

Apache in OpenBSD 3.3 is chrooted.

Either copy PEAR files inside /var/www and modify php.ini to match it,
or run Apache without chroot (httpd -u).

If you can, use OpenBSD 3.4-beta (snapshot) and use PHP from ports, it
will install everything inside Apache chroot.
