[horde] Cannot login to Horde

I uncommented these lines in horde.php:

$conf['prefs']['params']['phptype'] = 'mysql';
 $conf['prefs']['params']['hostspec'] = 'localhost';
 $conf['prefs']['params']['username'] = 'horde';
 $conf['prefs']['params']['password'] = '*****';
 $conf['prefs']['params']['database'] = 'horde';
 $conf['prefs']['params']['table'] = 'horde_prefs';
