Hello All,
I just wanted to write back that putting the pear binary in the chroot path of
/var/www/usr/local/bin/pear
resolved the issue of pear not being found when "/usr/local/bin/pear" was added as the patch
to the php.ini.
It is now able find pear.
Thanks,
Dave
