[horde] URL question

I currently have my Horde installation in a /horde directory on my webserver.
However, I want to get it to replace http://mail.filias.com (alias to the
/horde directory). However, when I do this, it tries to find /horde at
http://mail.filias.com.

How does one go about making this adjustment?
