[horde] odd problem with bottom menu selection

After upgrading to latest releases on Horde, Imp, Kronolith etc. I've found 
a couple of problems.

After sucessful login and trying to initiate the various modules using the 
bottom menu, I've found that Kronolith has ceased to work, the mail icon 
takes you to the login screen instead of to IMP and the horde icon takes you 
to the IMP inbox. The other icons function properly (mnemo,nag,logout).

We are using IMP/IMAP login.

I've checked the config files against the latest dist files and can't see 
any major differences.Mostly I've replaced and re-edited them as well.

Below is a excerpt from the APache access log and below that is info on our 
system and output from test.php.

Any pointers to where my config is messed up would be appreciated.

This didn't work IE brings up "file not found" error. NOTE: the url shows
