AW: [horde] Language selection

I had the same problem yesterday on a debian. i just had to install the
package "locales" and everything worked out fine :-)

A good hint was in the admins'FAQ: http://www.horde.org/faq/admin/print.php 

at "2.2.4 Do I really need gettext... "
