[horde] horde HEAD vfs configuration

ok, with a fresh horde "lib folder" checkout.

I'm getting;
"Fatal error: Undefined class name 'horde_vfs' in
/home/scriptsupport.co.uk/public/horde/ansel/lib/Gallery.php on line 112"
when trying to save an image in the ansel gallery.

what can I do to test the VFS system is functioning correctly in horde?
