[horde] Ingo hangs on adding rule

Hi,
I'm trying to get Ingo to work. I've downloaded the RELENG version from cvs and
set it up. What happens is that when I try to add a rule, Ingo hangs. To get it
working again, I have to restart Apache. I'm not sure what happens here, to me
it looks a bit like a While () that hangs somewhere. 

Server:
Cyrus -Imapd 2.1.15 
PHP 4.3.1
Net_Sieve from pear install.
All tests in test.php went fine.
This is on an ispman installation so usernames have the form user_domain_com.

Does anyone have a clue?
