[horde] install-packages.php: pear not found

Hi,

I'm trying to install the framework with the install-packages.php
script, but for all packages it says:

Installing CLI:
sh: ./pear: No such file or directory

I'm running Pear version 1.3b3 with PHP 4.3.2. How can i fix this?
