[horde] CVS Horde portal not showing

Fixed!

I was using 'none' as the prefs driver 
(in file config/prefs.php: $conf['prefs']['driver'] = 'none'; ).

I changed to 'sql' and everything works fine.

Shouldn't it work properly when the prefs driver is 'none'?  At least
the default values should be set.
