[horde] horde/imp login/logout problem

Normal, expected behaviour.  Almost every page load in IMP will perform
a login/operation/logout.

No problem, so no solutions.  If you are worried about load, get an imap
proxy (Horde sponsors one, and there are many others to choose from).
