Just performed an end of day update and found the below error message under 
Agora, Turba, Scry, Whups, Hermes,  Admin-Perms, Admin-Groups:

Fatal error: Class categoryobject_permission: Cannot inherit from undefined 
class categoryobject in /var/www/php/horde/lib/Perms.php on line 463
