[horde] Installing the framework

Hi List

I have built RPMs of PHP-4.3.1 for SLES8-x86.  These work fine for
installing the framework on SLES8.

If anyone else has SLES8 and wants the RPMs, drop me an email.  (You can
build them yourself if you want, I used the SusE 8.2 src.rpm for mod_php4. 
There is a lot of dependency-hell, though.)
