Hello,

I did a CVS update this morning and it broke horde with the following the error
message(s):

Warning: main(Horde/String.php): failed to open stream: No such file or
directory in C:\Inetpub\sharedroot\horde\lib\core.php on line 33

Warning: main(): Failed opening 'Horde/String.php' for inclusion
(include_path='c:\php\pear') in C:\Inetpub\sharedroot\horde\lib\core.php on
line 33

Warning: main(Horde/Util.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory
in C:\Inetpub\sharedroot\horde\lib\Horde.php on line 4

Warning: main(): Failed opening 'Horde/Util.php' for inclusion
(include_path='c:\php\pear') in C:\Inetpub\sharedroot\horde\lib\Horde.php on
line 4

The Horde_Util package was not found. If PHP's error_reporting setting is high
enough, there should be error messages printed above that may help you in
debugging the problem. If you are simply missing these files, then you need to
get the framework module from Horde CVS, and install the packages in it with
the install-packages.php script.

I've got the horde framework from CVS and when I execute:

php install-packages.php

I get

Installing Cache:
'pear' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

The same message repeats for Cipher, CLI, Compress ...etc

Thanks in advance for any replies.
