[horde] horde integration?

I currently use Hordemail for my webmail solution at my site, but would like
to integrate the login with my ubbthreads software, so that when users are
logged into the forum, they may go to their "my home" to access the
functions of the hordemail application without having to login to hordemail.

Can this be done?  If so, please advise me who I who I could get to do this
for me.  Thanks in advance.
