[horde] default login?

passwd uses the system accounts on the system Horde is running on.  Personally,
I first start with FTP (if I'm not using LDAP or Horde to authenticate
against), then install IMP, and have IMP do my authentication (since I mainly
use it at clients that want to check mail, this works for me).  If you are
using Horde to authenticate, look in the .sql file for the login information.
