[horde] Am I misunderstanding what this list is for?

I posted a question several days ago and have not gotten one response.
I understood that this list was to help solve problems with Horde - I
could not find any other support option. If I am in the wrong place,
please let me know where I can go to get the fix for this problem:

Several days ago I started getting this error on the 'Horde :: My
Summary' page (it is barely visible black font on dark blue). I
am now unable to see whether I have new messages on that page and must
go to my Inbox to check.  Everything else seems to be working OK.
Here's the message:
