HORDE [error] [horde] FAILED LOGIN

help,

i've installed and configured horde/imp on redhat 8 but each time i try to 
login i get the below error from /tmp/horde.log. i've gone through the archives 
where i noticed a number of people have experienced the same problem but no 
solutions have been given. pls assist.
